In what has fast become an annual tradition I look forward to, I was able to sit down with bluemedia's RJ Orr to chat about Super Bowl LIX, held last month in New Orleans. This year the event was what Orr refers to as a "legacy city" where the Superbowl has been held before, which brings its own unique challenges - and opportunities for pushing the boundaries of creativity.
In part two of this three part series, we delved a bit further into the logistics in putting together the graphics package for an event of this scale. bluemedia handles everything from the airport graphics, to the official team hotels, to the NFL-sponsored events surrounding game day, to the city-wide graphics, to the interactive elements - and more. Orr breaks down some of what it takes to make all that happen in time for kickoff without missing a beat.
