Quick Response (QR) codes and Augmented Reality (AR) are ways of not only making print interactive, but also allowing it to be integrated with digital media so as to make print measurable for marketers and others who never before had a way of accurately gauging print’s ROI. These technologies have been vastly underutilized, despite the fact that they are not complicated or expensive to implement – at least in basic ways.
