Following close consultation with exhibitors and partners, drupa 2021 will be cancelled due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizers will instead offer virtual.drupa, a four-day digital event from April 20 – 23, 2021.
The duration of drupa 2021 will be shortened from eleven to nine days, and will now be held from April 20 – 28, 2021 at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany.
The industry has weathered the last severe economic downturn and is expected to cope adequately with a global economic downturn, provided that it is not exacerbated by the effects of coronavirus.
The printing industry wants to have a drupa again in Dusseldorf, Germany, one that retains its image, its radiance and its global standing, points out drupa director Sabine Geldermann. That's why we will now take every possible measure to meet the expectations of our global print customers April 20-30, 2021.
