Summa (Booth 1861), a producer of cutting equipment for sign and display production, recently announced the acquisition of CadCam Technology Ltd. and its subsidiary GS UK Ltd.

3 Sigma has partnered with Global Graphic Resources to expand further into the graphic and wide-format market in North America.

GOA will relaunch in February 2020 in Miami Beach, Fla. SGIA acquired the show in August 2018.

Under the terms of the agreement, Cimpress will acquire approximately 99% of the outstanding equity interests of BuildASign from its current owners. The total valuation is approximately $280 million (USD).
