FDC Graphic Films announced that Darrick King is the new chief technology officer for both FDC and Eastex Products. King was most recently CIO at Lebermuth where he was recruited to align the Information Technology (IT) department to the corporate strategy and best-in-class technology for ERP software applications.

INX International Ink Co. announced the hiring of Paul Edwards as the new VP of the Digital Division. A longtime and successful printing industry executive, he reports to President and CEO Bryce Kristo.

The Imagine Group announced two new appointments to its Board of Directors: Kimberly A. Snyder, a chief executive with experience leading large, global teams in the film and visual communications industry, and Max Harris, a C-level executive with 25+ years’ experience managing complex print manufacturing operations.

TVF announced the early completion of a strategic leadership transition. TVF President Tad Calahan will take on full leadership responsibility of the nearly 50-year-old company.

It is with a heavy heart that FDC Graphic Films, Inc. reports the passing of a dear FDC family member, George Marsh. Marsh joined FDC in 2006 and played an important role in the growth and success of the company during his tenure. He guided many facets of FDC and retired in 2019 as VP of Marketing.

Flint Group has announced the appointment of Robert Welford as president for Xeikon. Stepping up from his current position as VP of research and development, Welford will now lead Xeikon through the next phase of success.
