Top Value Fabrics (TVF) (Booth 1848), a supplier of print media, apparel and home furnishings textiles, is showcasing its complete lines of apparel and home furnishings fabrics in addition to its Print Media fabrics. The introduction of its Apparel and Home Furnishings lines at SGIA Expo illustrates TVF’s commitment to providing textile solutions to all digital printing markets.
TVF is unveiling cutting-edge fabrics from Georg+Otto Friedrich, Europe’s largest warp knit manufacturer, at the Expo including new products: Deko-Flex 7036WGFS, Microlux 240 8169WGFS and Deko-Tex 7048SUN. Deko-Flex 7036WGFS utilizes Trevira Xpand fibers for dimensional stretch, is wrinkle-resistant and designed for easy installation for a wide range of signage applications. TVF’s newest backlit fabric, Microlux 240 8169WGFS, is wrinkle-resistant and features an innovative coating that allows ink to dry quickly. Waterproof fabric, Deko-Tex 7048SUN, is engineered for the elements with a special light diffusion coating and anti-fungicide treatment, which makes it ideal for outdoor applications.
Polyester and natural fiber fabrics for the activewear, athleisure and contemporary apparel markets are also on display this year in TVF’s booth. TVF’s diverse stock program of knit and woven apparel fabrics for both dye-sublimation and digital pigment printing is unrivaled in the industry. High-performance coatings and finishes are available for all polyester fabrics — including moisture management, UPF, water resistance and antimicrobial — and can be ordered to exact customer specifications. TVF’s Natural Fiber fabrics were developed for the distinctive needs of digital pigment printing and use high-quality cotton and rayon yarn with compact constructions to achieve superior print characteristics. Additionally, TVF produces custom fabrics to meet customers’ individualized needs. All apparel fabrics are engineered for excellent print definition and pristine color vibrancy while providing the essential consistency necessary for successful digital textile printing.
Having just won SGIA’s Product of the Year award for Home Furnishings, TVF is also debuting its line of luxurious upholstery and drapery fabrics for dye sublimation and UV printing. This bespoke collection of textiles offers rich texture and color vibrancy with premium stain and soil release finishes. All upholstery fabrics in the line successfully pass 50,000 cycles on the Wyzenbeek test (ASTM D4157-13).
TVF’s Home Furnishings line includes Poly Linen, Chenille, Vegan Leather and Velvet options — including Product of the Year Sequoia S/577, an indulgent and plush velvet with a low pile designed specifically for dye-sublimation printing.
