WeCutFoam, fabricator of custom letters, signs, props and exhibits is pleased to announce the expansion of its product line to include additional vinyl wrapped signs with embedded 3D objects. The company is now printing large adhesive patterned vinyl prints wrapping it around foam pieces then gluing three dimensional objects and props on top. Thus, offering combination of signs, letters and logo with protruding objects.
The company has purchased a wide format printer enabling printing of up to 80 inch wide adhesive vinyl with patterns and designs that can be adhered to foam boards and foam pieces. These are designs that are hard or impossible to paint by hand, with vivid colors and complex patterns. The three dimensional objects, being machined on CNC routers milling machine,s are glued inside the wrapped foam and by protruding they actually turn any 2D product into a 3D one. The flat signs and letters are going through a “face lift” upgraded to a more alive product.
Production Manager, Francisco Flores believes the added service and product is aligned with the company’s mission to bring more innovations and cost effective yet artistic solution to its customers. “There are so many incredible things that can be achieved with a wide-format printer, that we could not have done or fabricate prior to having this equipment. Not only we can print large scale vinyl paper and wrap it on foam to create signs, but we can also attach other artifacts and materials to it to make it look alive and real,” stated Francisco.
This added product will mostly benefit branding companies looking to promote their brand name, companies looking to make a strong professional statement at the entrance to their facility, organizations seeking to create unique and different sign statements for trade shows and conferences or any business that is looking to stand out in the crowd by having a focal point attractive work of art. It is also a low cost décor solution for store front windows as the signs are cheaper than creating a full scale prop, yet they hold the qualities of prop within a flat surface sign.
