Vanguard Features Four Printers from its Extensive Portfolio
VKR5D
Vanguard Digital Printing Systems (Booth N843), a Durst Group Company, is featuring four printers from its portfolio of wide-format solutions, showcasing an entire collection of flatbeds, roll-to-roll, and hybrid printers.
The VK300D-HS UV LED flatbed printer offers increased throughput with a maximum printing area up to 62x125" and print speeds up to 3,400 sqft/hr. It is a fully featured printer that has a high-speed electromagnetic drive system resulting in speeds up to 60 boards/hr. With a 4 picoliter drop size and precise drop placement, unmatched print quality can propel your business and expand your customer base.
VKR5D3200
The VR6D-HS UV LED flatbed printer was made for production with a printing area up to 50x99" and print speeds up to 1,280 sqft/hr. It offers remarkable print quality with a 5 picoliter drop size and precise drop placement. It combines the latest Ricoh Gen 6 printhead technology and high-speed magnetic drive speed, resolution, and quality. Both flatbed printers are field upgradable.
The VKR3200-HS is a 126" roll-to-roll UV LED printer, capable of producing 3,000 sqft/hr. With multiple print configurations, the small 3.5, 7, and 11 picoliter drop size ensures exact dot placement for a striking printed output on substrates up to 1" thick. With impressive print speeds and print quality that attracts new clients and brands, the VKR3200-HS is the superwide printer that is changing the game for print service providers.
VKR5D300
Vanguard is also featuring its hybrid printer, the VKH900-HS, which combines the VK300D-HS flatbed printer with the capabilities of the VKR3200-HS roll-to-roll printer. Maximizing the key features of each platform, they’ve achieved astonishing speed and clarity, utilizing Kyocera’s KJ4A printhead. It is designed to accommodate rolls up to 98" wide, and flat media up to 2.5" thick and 10 lbs/sqft. This printer can be upgraded in the field to increase production levels, allowing up to 15 printheads in a 3-row configuration.
In addition to the four printers in booth N843, Vanguard’s partner, GSG (Booths C7724, C7925), is showcasing the VR5D-E in their booths. The VR5D-E is the most feature rich, entry level 4x8' UV LED flatbed on the market. Utilizing Ricoh Gen5 printheads, PSPs can expect both quality and speed, up to 12 boards/hr, at an affordable starting price.
