Vanguard Digital Printing Systems Showcases Award-Winning Printers

Vanguard Digital Printing Systems (Booth N843), a Durst Group Co., puts the spotlight on four printers from its portfolio of wide-format flatbed, roll-to-roll, and hybrid printers. Vanguard is the winner of five 2022 Pinnacle Product Awards.

VKR3200-HS, a 126" roll-to-roll UV-LED printer is capable of producing 3,000 sqft/hr and its size ensures exact dot placement for printed output on substrates up to 1" thick.

The VK300D-HS: UV-LED flatbed printer offers increased throughput with a maximum printing area of up to 62x125" and print speeds of up to 3,400 sqft/hr. It has a high-speed electromagnetic drive system resulting in speeds of up to 60 boards/hr and a 4-picoliter drop size and precise drop placement.

The VKH900-HS is designed to accommodate rolls up to 98" wide and flat media up to 2.5" thick and 10lbs./sqft. It can be upgraded to allow up to 15 printheads in a three-row configuration.

Introduced earlier this year, the VR6D-HS: UV-LED flatbed printer features a printing area of up to 50x99" and print speeds of up to 1,280 sqft/hr.
