Ultraflex Systems (Booths C8523 and N2222), provider of digitally printable textiles and flexible and rigid substrates, created quite the buzz during The Expo. “Day one was phenomenal,” says Andrew Cwalinski, its sales manager of national accounts. It was crazy, but in the best way possible — amazing foot traffic and quality conversations.
At The Expo, the company is showcasing its EcoVantage line, a PVC-free, phthalate-free alternative to traditional PVC banner material. It’s compatible with various print processes, including solvent, eco-solvent, UV latex, and screen printing. Cwalinski says Ultraflex is the first company to come out with a PVC-free banner material, and the response has been fantastic.
At The Expo, the company also launched VorTex Transfer Paper, a dye-sublimation transfer paper ideal for soft signage, flags, tablecloths, and backdrops.
Looking ahead to 2023, Ultraflex plans to expand EcoVantage and BIOflex, its line of biodegradable material for indoor and outdoor uses.
Part of expanding and showcasing its products means coming to industry events like The Expo — to make sure people are educated on its products and bring them to an environment where potential, new, and existing customers can see their offerings in person.
