Venture10, an advisory and consulting firm, advised Tukaiz in the acquisition.
Although the two companies have some common capabilities, together they address an expanded market segment and customer base. The offering combines a turnkey solution from strategy and design to production and installation, which provides customers a full slate of options for their environmental space and communication needs.
