Tukaiz Announces Acquisition of Dr. Graphx
FRANKLIN PARK, Ill.— August 28, 2018 — Tukaiz, a leading technology and marketing services company, announced today the acquisition of Dr. Graphx, an environmental graphic solutions firm specializing in design, production and installation. Venture10, an advisory and consulting firm, advised Tukaiz in the acquisition.
Although the two companies have some common capabilities, together they address an expanded market segment and customer base. The offering combines a turnkey solution from strategy and design to production and installation, which provides customers a full slate of options for their environmental space and communication needs.
