Time is Not on My Side — How to Effectively Manage the Sales Opportunity Pipeline
Making sales in a timely fashion is an important aspect of the sales process. Vince DiCecco, President and Owner of Your Personal Business Trainer Inc., is hosting a session at the 2018 SGIA Expo discussing ways to help build a culture and a process where sales are made in a timely and effective fashion. The presentation is today at 1:30 pm in room N114.
DiCecco has seen it all over the course of his more than 30 years in sales. His experience in the field has helped him develop a number of strategies he believes can help businesses improve their sales. His “secret formula” is comprised of a number of different strategies that can help at different parts of the sales cycle. He has a lot of belief in this formula and intends to help attendees learn it and increase their sales productivity.
There are a number of different strategies to help maximize sales, but one DiCecco will stress during the presentation is creating a system that the salespeople fit into. Creating a system can help quickly give employees guidance and keep the process moving. He has a few strategies to create these systems that he will discuss during the session.
DiCecco will illustrate how to apply these strategies to a sales team and go into detail on some of the changes they can make. He intends to provide tools for attendees to improve their sales approach and increase both their productivity and speed in sales.
