As the coronavirus, COVID-19, continues to spread, Thomas Printworks released an open letter outlining the new steps it is taking to both protect employees, as well as continue to serve customers to the best of its ability.
To Our Valued Clients:
As we all begin to feel the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share with you the steps we are taking to help protect the health and safety of our clients and employees. We have increased our cleaning and sanitization efforts in all our facilities.
Our work from home policy applies to many of our team members, but for those in certain production and operations roles that require their presence on-site, we have implemented precautions to increase safety at work.
Thomas Printworks has implemented guidelines that instruct those team members who experience cold or flu-like symptoms to stay home and follow the CDC's instructions. We also have implemented guidelines for customer-facing employees to conduct more teleconferencing in lieu of face-to-face meetings to further protect our customers and employees. We will still conduct, however, essential and/or emergency travel as necessary.
We understand that you may be concerned with potential risks of disruptions of your supply chain with regards to our products and services. As a national organization, with multiple facilities across the country, we can produce your project and fulfill your requests from a different production facility should the need arise. We are also providing contactless delivery upon request in our local areas along with additional shipping options through USPS, UPS and FedEx.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and adjust as necessary to help limit the spread of this virus.
Sincerely,
Bryan Thomas
President and CEO
