Advanced LED touch screen controls allow for customized vacuum delays for high production needs, inspection lights and “on the fly” exposure settings. You can easily program and select different exposure times based on mesh count, emulsion, coating techniques or any other parameters that are important to you.

Lawson’s LED-5000 exposes most liquid emulsion and capillary film screens in under 45 seconds. This results in rapid screen exposure and eliminates undercutting, assuring the finest resolution and halftones possible. The digital control system guarantees consistence and the ability to easily adjust exposure times.

The Lawson LED-5000 is manufactured in the USA. The powerful LED/UV Enhanced Lighting System is equivalent to using a 5000-watt metal halide light, but with energy-efficient LED technology. It is a perfect companion for any shop looking to be more environmentally conscious and lower utility costs.
