TentCraft announced its acquisition of World Class Displays, an Iowa-based full-service custom exhibit company with more than 40 years of expertise in creating eye-catching custom trade show booths.
The acquisition significantly bolsters TentCraft’s capabilities in the indoor event space, adding new solutions for customers looking to enhance their visibility and engagement at trade shows and corporate environments.
“We’re thrilled to welcome World Class Displays into the TentCraft team,” said Matt Bulloch, president and CEO of TentCraft. “This acquisition allows us to expand our services and provide our clients with the same high-quality craftsmanship they rely on, now for both indoor and outdoor events. We’re confident World Class Displays’ expertise will empower our customers to bring their brands to life and create memorable, high-impact experiences across every event.”
"Finding the right fit to continue World Class Displays was essential, and TentCraft’s commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service made them the perfect choice," said Jason Hauschild, president of World Class Displays. "I’m confident that with TentCraft, our legacy will not only be preserved but strengthened for the future.”
TentCraft, known for its speed, quality, and commitment to American-made craftsmanship, is well-established in the outdoor event industry, working with clients ranging from small businesses to agencies representing the world’s most recognizable brands. This acquisition allows TentCraft to better serve its clients by adding a comprehensive portfolio of indoor event solutions to its offerings.
World Class Displays will retain its name and operate within the TentCraft family of companies, alongside PrintCraft On Demand and PrintCraftSend. Its existing facilities in Marion, Iowa, will continue production, with TentCraft’s Traverse City, Michigan headquarters set to handle overflow production during peak trade show season, ensuring timely delivery and streamlined operations for both brands. The central location of World Class Displays provides both companies with improved logistics and streamlined delivery timelines.
Expanding Capabilities for Both Companies’ Customers
This acquisition unites the strengths of TentCraft and World Class Displays to deliver a seamless, full-spectrum event solution for clients. TentCraft customers gain new, high-impact options for indoor events—like custom booth designs and logistics support—while World Class Displays clients can now leverage TentCraft’s expertise in custom outdoor structures. Together, this partnership expands possibilities and elevates the event experience for all clients.
Lucas Mason, TentCraft’s Vice President of Customer Experience, will oversee the integration, guiding the expansion of both companies’ product lines.
Commitment to American Craftsmanship and Customer Service
The alignment of values was a key driver in this acquisition, as both companies share a dedication to American manufacturing, quality, and exceptional customer service. World Class Displays’ experience and focus on event-specific design and logistical solutions complement TentCraft’s mission to “Make It Better” by offering durable, American-made event solutions with unmatched turnaround times.
“By joining forces, we’re combining decades of expertise to deliver even better event solutions for our customers,” Bulloch said. “Together, we’ll continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in event experiences while staying true to the values that got us here.”
The Deal
Terms of the deal, which closed on Wednesday, Nov. 6, are not being disclosed. Matthew Kekelis, of Benchmark International, brokered the acquisition.
World Class Displays customers can expect continuity, as orders for the 2025 trade show season remain on schedule and delivered with the same attention to detail and quality they’re accustomed to. Looking ahead, TentCraft and World Class Displays customers will both benefit from a broader product portfolio and a dedicated team guiding them through both indoor and outdoor events.
