Need help hiring salespeople? The 2018 SGIA Expo has a session specifically aimed to help attendees improve their hiring process. Peter Ebner, Founder of Ebner Seminars, will teach attendees how to take the risk out of hiring print salespeople today at 3:00 pm in room N119.
“All you need to do is implement a simple hiring policy that contains three conditions of employment and spend 10 minutes a day monitoring your new sales candidate activity,” Ebner says.
The session will discuss the reasons hiring doesn’t always go smoothly and the factors behind getting good results. It will also discuss a general policy that Ebner believes will improve a company’s hiring, as well as some specific techniques that can change he way a company hires salespeople. Finally, it will discuss why money is not the leading motivator behind good sales and talk about what is.
“Hiring a new salesperson need not be a risky business decision,” Ebner says. “The result of 25 years of hiring, training and managing print salespeople, this failsafe hiring policy takes the risk out of hiring print salespeople.”
