This global honor marks the third consecutive time Showdown Displays has received this award, underscoring the company’s commitment to delivering world-class customer service.
The Contact Center World awards are presented by ContactCenterWorld to celebrate outstanding achievements in customer service, recognizing organizations and individuals who demonstrate superior innovation, exceptional customer experiences, and service quality. More than eighty (80) countries were represented from the hundreds of competing companies representing diverse businesses, industries and channels. Showdown Displays was selected as the global Gold Medal winner for 2024, following their previous regional win for the Americas. This year’s recognition is the third consecutive Global Gold award for Showdown Displays.
