SBPI Graphics Makes Strategic Moves For Growth
SBPI Graphics has made some exciting announcements. The Earth City, Missouri screen printer has acquired Kopytek, Inc., and Print it Big!, a nationwide provider of wide format printing, 3M-certified graphic installation, and digital printing. The new entity will be known as Print it Big powered by SBPI Graphics.
According to a press release from SBPI Graphics, both companies have proven track records over many decades, making them valuable additions to SBPI. Additionally, these strategic acquisitions enable the company to focus on making its suite of services to its portfolio of national clients fully integrated and more comprehensive than ever before.
In a press release, Tucker Henry, CEO of SBPI Graphics said, "Kopytek and Print it Big! share our commitment to excellence and innovation. By joining forces, we can combine our strengths to better serve our clients and accelerate our growth trajectory. This strategic acquisition represents a significant step in our strategy to enhance our service offerings and expand our presence nationwide in the consumer, retail and fleet markets."
John Peterson, CEO of Kopytek, Inc. and Print it Big! expressed his excitement as well, noting that he's worked with the Henry family for over 25 years, first with Bill and now with his son Tucker.
"I know what great competitors they have been, and it is exciting to all be on the same team. The combined company will have incredible expertise and virtually unlimited production capacity," Peterson said.
Henry and Peterson also project that the combined entity will make Print it Big! powered by SBPI Graphics one of the largest wide-format printers in the bi-state area. All sales, production, and human resources are expected to join the company in one consolidated facility in St. Louis, Missouri.
