SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — March 11, 2019 — SAi has announced the addition of three new members to its board. Dan Purjes, Edna Purjes and Rudy Baron will work alongside existing board members to support strategic planning and decision-making for SAi.
- Dan Purjes brings a vast amount of business development expertise to the role, having taken several businesses from start-up to profitable enterprises with – in some cases – revenues of hundreds of millions of dollars. Dan has also served on the boards of several charities, among them The American Tinnitus Association, The Abraham Fund, The Plantrician Project, and Plant Based Utah.
- Edna Purjes also offers a wealth of knowledge in business management. Drawing on her design and business major, Purjes launched a wallcovering business and takes credit for its growth into a leading manufacturer within the industry. She is also accredited with being the first and only female President of the Wallcovering Association.
- Rudy Baron joins the board with solid print industry that stems from his acquisition of an AlphaGraphics franchise. Specializing in digital printing, mailing and fulfilment, and large format printing, Baron’s franchise achieved Gold Circle status in 1995. He has also served on the AlphaGraphics Network Leadership Council, guiding their strategy and global vision.
“I’m delighted to welcome Dan, Edna and Rudy to SAi’s board and am certain that their wealth of business experience and expertise will be tremendously beneficial in strengthening our strategic decision-making,” comments Mark Blundell, SAi’s CEO.
