We're now less than a month away from PRINTING United Expo (Las Vegas, Sept. 10-12). Your flights are (probably) booked, your hotel is waiting for you, and your bags will be dusted off before you know it. Now is time to start planning how you will spend your three days at the Expo. With an expansive show floor, comprehensive educational sessions, forums, and special events, it might seem overwhelming. That's why we have some tools to help you get organized and navigate the Expo like a pro, whether it's your first or fourth time.
Download the App
First and foremost, make sure you download the "PRINTING United Expo 2024" app from the Apple store or Google Play. The app will help you make the most of your time at the event because it brings everything you need all into one easy-to-use location. The mobile app lets you:
- Browse exhibitors and products through the interactive floor plan
- Navigate the show floor through blue dot technology
- View the schedule of events including demos, keynotes and awards
- Set appointments with exhibitors and create a personalized agenda
- Stay informed through push notifications
Start Planning Your Day
Use the Expo Show Planner to start planning your days efficiently. The planner lets you save events you would like to attend, exhibitors you want to make sure you hit on the show floor, as well as the option to save products, photos, and more. At an event that boasts more than one-million-sq.-ft., having a plan in place can be a game-changer.
Get Around with Hotel Shuttles or Local Transportation
Before you get to the show floor, you'll have to make your way to the Las Vegas Convention Center, so we've pulled together the best ways to get around Las Vegas.
Take advantage of one of the 16 hotel shuttle stops that will take you right to the Convention Center. Shuttles operate every 15-25 minutes, so you won't have to wait too long to get your day started.
There is also a monorail system in Las Vegas that you can hop on (attendees can take advantage of discounts for the monorail) or the Vegas Loop. Check out this page to learn more.
Check out What's Around Town
If you haven't already booked your hotel, the "Around Town" page on the Expo website is your source for hotel deals. Beyond that, the page also gives you all the information you need for discounts available, shows and events, dining, things to do, and even a map of Las Vegas.
