Principal Lighting Group Announces Agreement to Acquire Assets of Aries Graphics

Principal Lighting Group, LLC (PLG) and Aries Graphics International, Inc. have entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement in which PLG will acquire certain assets of Aries Graphics in a cash transaction. The deal is set to close in approximately 45 days.

Together we look forward to launching LED Wizard 8, which will dramatically improve the productivity for sign shops in the process of estimating and producing LED channel letters and sign cabinets.”
