KickCharge Creative Awarded 3 Trophies for Creative Contractor Brands
KickCharge Creative, the small business marketing agency with an endless supply of powerhouse ideas, recently brought home an armload of swag from the Lehigh Valley’s ADDY Awards.
KickCharge, which has won numerous accolades in its 24-year history, captured a total of three American Advertising Awards (ADDY) trophies.
The ADDY Awards are a three-tiered contest held by the American Advertising Federation to honor the very best in advertising and marketing across the country. KickCharge was a three-time winner at the AAF-Greater Lehigh Valley Ad Club event.
KickCharge’s logo design for Cardinal Plumbing, Heating & Air flew away with two of these prestigious awards for logo design—a Gold and a Judges’ Choice. The logo that KickCharge created for this Sterling, Va., contractor features a bright, red cardinal with a wrench cleverly fashioned into its body—extending from its head down to its tail feathers.
KickCharge’s rebranding efforts have allowed this company to soar to new heights. The creative team at KickCharge also crafted the tagline “Only the Best for Your Nest” to tie together Cardinal’s branding campaign.
KickCharge won a Silver ADDY Award for its truck wrap design for Air Professionals, a Frenchtown, NJ, heating and cooling company. Air Professionals’ logo is a playful black and white penguin decked out in a bowtie and cap. The mascot is surrounded by a warm color palette of teal, dark blue and orange, which reflects its friendly, professional service.
For this company, the KickCharge team developed the tagline, “Comfort Mandatory. Tuxedoes Optional.”
The ADDYs are the nation’s largest and most competitive ad creative contest. All gold winners move on to compete at the district level, which for the Lehigh Valley club is being held this month in Pittsburgh. District winners then move on to the national competition in Hollywood, FL, in June.
