SANBORN, N.Y. — December 19, 2018 — KATZ Americas, a pulp board coaster manufacturer, announced the hiring of Dana Smith as its new customer service manager. Smith will oversee the team of customer service representatives at KATZ.
Managing a large customer service team is nothing new for Smith. She arrives at KATZ with more than a decade worth of customer service experience along with project management tools, and sales experience.
“Dana is a great addition to the KATZ team and I look forward to her contributions to the KATZ success story,” says Thomas Muraca, VP of sales and marketing.
When asked what she likes most about her job Smith replied “The people I work with. Everyone is so dedicated to the company and their role, it is refreshing!”
Aside from its headquarters in New York state KATZ Americas also has a location in Johnson City, Tennessee.
