Established in 2005, Photobook Worldwide serves more than 100 countries. Photobook Worldwide needed to replace their online editor and make it easy for users to preserve memories. The goal was to optimize website and editor conversions in order to improve personalized photo products sales.
Its ultimate goal was maintaining continuous production, so switching to Printbox (Booth 12351) involved several requirements.
The biggest challenges were:
- Transferring the knowledge about the system configuration to a large group of users.
- Auditing the non-standard purchasing paths, and coordination of development work necessary for their implementation.
- An accelerated mode for the implementation of 20+ online shops.
- Simultaneous work on the new e-commerce platform, combined with the transfer of configuration to the new system and maintaining the current store.
Photobook Worldwide is now poised to enhance its product and service experience with a state-of-the-art photo customization engine, which has been co-developed over the past 18 months.
