Helping Create a Demanding Trade Show Presence

Orbus Exhibit & Display Group (Booth 6024) is a privately owned group of companies that specialize in the manufacture and trade-only supply of portable modular and custom modular exhibit and display products, graphics, and solutions. Orbus was tasked with helping Aberdeen (Booth 7244) create a 20x20' exhibit that highlighted Aberdeen’s fabrics while offering a conference area and the opportunity to showcase specific products.

Orbus created an eye-catching archway, over 15' high, featuring the Aberdeen logo as a crown at the highest point. With on-brand blue, the archway was impossible to overlook. Inside the exhibit space, three kiosks featured fabric samples and showcased backlighting capabilities and fabric compatibility, as well as a semi-private conference area utilizing fabric walls.

Branding elements were incorporated throughout the exhibit, with pops of blue and printing on all sides of fabric elements. The conference walls featured company logos, and the reflective ceiling included the Aberdeen signature leaves. Soft corners and smooth lines added to brand consistency, and were included on the central kiosk, reception counters, and more. The exhibit received such high acclaim, it was used as a model for an off-the-shelf exhibit kit, Formulate Fusion Island Kit 08.

The exhibit was built in-house at Orbus’ factory, which includes a G7-certified printing facility as well as a full ISO-certified manufacturing facility including woodworking, metal fabrication, and more. Orbus has two locations, the Woodridge, Ill., headquarters, and the Las Vegas, Nev., operation.
