The newest ZSK singlehead machine, offered by GSG, is the Sprint 7L, with 18 needles and a larger sewing field making it easier to offer oversize products such as hockey jerseys, blankets, banners, extra-large sizes in any style of apparel and more.
This new model allows for table-top bridge-style embroidery with a sewing field of 23 inches by 16 inches. It’s perfect for flat textiles and custom home decorative products. There are no side arms offering more clearance when stitching on large, bulky items such as canvas jackets, soft bags and other types of luggage.
Included with the Sprint 7L is a new larger, extended tubular arm that will fit the new larger 12-inch by 15-inch Mighty Hoop. This model is built as a single, solid unit, which eliminates the need for a separate stand.
Other Sprint 7L features include vibration-free sewing and the ability to sew up to 1,200 stitches per minute. It’s adaptable to sequinning, cording, and other specialty embellishment devices without electronic board or electrical alterations. It is designed to meet current embroidery needs and allow for diversification.
