Grimco Acquires UK Based Pyramid Display Materials

Grimco Inc., a wholesale sign supply company, has announced its acquisition of U.K.-based Pyramid Display Materials Ltd. Pyramid Display Materials is the U.K.'s premier supplier to the sign and display industry. Founded in 2002, they have grown to be experts in Large-format Print, Signage, and Vehicle Graphics.

We have a strong presence in North America, but the purchase of Pyramid Display Materials allows us to diversify and grow into an entirely new market. This acquisition provides Grimco with four locations throughout the U.K. – Manchester, Gateshead, Castleford, and Birmingham.
