FDC Graphic Films Recognizes Employees for Exemplifying Company’s Core Values

FDC Graphic Films recognized three valuable employees named Core Values Ambassadors for the second quarter of 2023 for exemplifying one or more of the company’s five core values.

FDC’s Core Values are believed to be the five most important values in the way the company employees live and work: integrity, kindness, resiliency, engagement, and drive for success.

“These team members demonstrate their commitment to the Core Values through their actions, which makes me very proud,” said Judy Eck, CEO of FDC. “Thank you to all of the nominees. It is a pleasure to be surrounded by a team that is passionate about FDC’s goals and exhibits compassion toward one another every day.”

Luz Aguilar, production team lead; and Jose Rosales, production associate

Luz Aguilar, production team lead; and Jose Rosales, production associate, were recognized for their drive for success. The Sales team discovered that a large sample order had been missed, which was considered of the utmost importance consisting of new materials for an upcoming product launch. Since the order needed to be delivered in less than two days, Aguilar immediately took charge of the situation and stayed late to ensure that FDC could deliver on its promise. Rosales, who doesn’t normally work in the Sample department, also extended his assistance to help Aguilar fulfill the sample order. They managed to fill the order on time, caring enough to ensure that the customer did not suffer from the error, and also demonstrated that FDC is the ultimate choice for their vinyl film needs.

This is Aguilar’s and Rosales’s second award, the first for Aguilar was for her integrity and engagement in 2022 and the first for Rosales was for his drive for success in 2021.

Matt Bartley, shipping associate

Matt Bartley, shipping associate, was recognized for his integrity and resilience. Bartley processed an order but had forgotten that the shipping was supposed to be on a third-party account. Realizing his error, he did not hesitate to bring it to his supervisor’s attention by willingly admitting the mistake and taking prompt action to correct it.

Each employee received an FDC Core Values Ambassador Award certificate from the FDC Work-Life Team signed by Eck.
