WFI: What motivated you to attend the Expo this year?
Cosgrove: Seeing the ever changing landscape of technology and how it has been integrated and used to get better quality and efficiencies for the services we provide our customers.
WFI: If you’re a first-time attendee, what are you hoping to learn? If you're returning, what brings you back?
Cosgrove: I am hoping to learn of new services and technology that we can invest in to bring a better return for our company and ultimately be passed on to our clients.
WFI: Which products, brands, or services are you most looking forward to seeing at the Expo?
Cosgrove: Flatbed printing technology & digital printing.
WFI: How do you plan to maximize your time at the Expo?
Cosgrove: Meeting and cultivating new relationships with other attendees and vendors while seeing new technology that may benefit our company.
WFI: How do you think attending the Expo will impact your business or career?
Cosgrove: I hope to come away with more relationships to call on when issues arise as well as find new ways to increase our marketing capabilities for our clients.
