WFI: What made you decide to attend this year's Expo?
Kaiser: I didn't attend the Expo during the first 20-plus years in business and started attending when it was held in Texas in 2019. I couldn’t believe how much I learned in just a few short days, and it was then that I realized how much I missed out on — years of education that could have helped the business.
WFI: What products, brands, or services are you most looking forward to seeing?
Kaiser: Advancements in technology for flatbed printers, dye-based printers, and digital cutters.
WFI: How do you hope attending will impact your business/career moving forward?
Kaiser: I am at the end of a career in this business, so I’m looking to transition out in the next five years. I’ll be looking at equipment and production methods that will enhance our product options to existing and new client base in order to maximize the attractiveness to a regional or national buyer.
