Graphic Creations was founded in 1987 with the goal of serving the University of Tennessee and surrounding communities with a more personal service in the design, copy, and Knoxville printing industry. WFI: What made you decide to attend this year's Expo?
Caughorn: I believe there are always good takeaways and learning opportunities. We are in expansion mode and would be good to see and get reacquainted with technology advancements and what is coming in the future.
WFI: What products, brands, or services are you most looking forward to seeing?
Caughorn: We will be looking at finishing equipment for our cut-sheet and wide-format departments.
WFI: How do you plan and make the most of your time at the Expo?
Caughorn: We will maximize our time on the floor, walking and talking!
WFI: How do you hope attending will impact your business/career moving forward?
Caughorn: I am always looking to improve on process and systems. I hope I leave with ideas that will make my team more efficient and accomplish more without increasing time so we can deliver more to our customers.
