Durst (Booth N1043) is showcasing a variety of products from its ecosystem. The Durst P5 500i, a 5.25m roll-to-roll printer, brings “superwide format” to the P5 portfolio. Rolls can be processed in single, dual, and triple mode — in dual mode even asymmetrically. Double-sided printing on the P5 500i provides exact front and back registration, increasing throughput even more by easing the finishing process.
The P5 Tex iSub, a dye-sub printer for soft signage and fabrics printing with in-line fixation, offers a one-step direct-to-fabric printing process. The Durst iSUB contactless fixing technology ensures excellent color consistency as well as extreme sharpness of detail in images and text, also blurring or bleeding of color is eliminated. This printer is not limited to just direct printing, but transfer papers can also be printed.
The Durst hybrid P5 350 HS will be exhibited with Double 4 (D4) technology. D4 technology maximizes the productivity of the P5 UV series through the implementation of a double CMYK color configuration. This brings the P5 printing system to a new level of performance: P5 350 HS D4 printing in 2 Pass produces more than 7,600 sqft/hr. This printer is the versatile solution for high production demands of roll and board printing up to 3.5m wide. Fast media change, easy maintenance handling, and full safety render the printing process more efficient.
In addition, Durst is showcasing its full software suite. All Durst printers come fully equipped with Durst Workflow and Durst Analytics software, with optional Durst Smart Shop software and Lift ERP. Visitors will be able to view the functionality of each software suite, and receive demos on specialized features of each.
