May and Duggal first met nearly 20 years ago. The two collaborated frequently through the years, sharing in common the pride and perseverance of running a family business. Their working relationship continued to grow, as did their respective companies, eventually leading to talks of an acquisition that would allow NCG greater access to Duggal's vast capabilities and resources.
