DTG Connection, LLC. (DTG-C) released a new line of products headlined by the first direct-to-garment (DTG) printer with the DTG-C badge. The Model X DTG is built on the popular Ricoh print engine delivering high-quality, retail-ready prints. Customers can even use the printer as a DTF machine without any modifications.
To complement the new printer, DTG-C is pairing the printer with new ink technology that dramatically improves ease of maintenance and continues to deliver beautiful print results customers expect. In addition, DTG-C is releasing TurboRIP, a new RIP software designed to streamline and simplify the process of sending graphics to the printer. Model X customers will receive TurboRIP at no additional charge as part of their printer package.
“We couldn’t be more excited to introduce the Model X,” said Karl Tipre, DTG-C founder. “We worked closely with our manufacturer to develop a DTG machine built on proven technology with added features we know our customers need like auto height adjustment print table, easy user interface and a range of platen sizes included with the printer. This new printer paired with our new ink formula and TurboRIP software is a winning combination.”
Adam Tipre, DTG-C Partner said, “Today, DTG-C takes another big step in fulfilling our goal of bringing a wide variety of the best in class DTG printer technology to our customers along with the expertise to help them build a versatile, profitable, and thriving custom garment printing business.”
