Digital technology is taking hold in the apparel market after a nearly 20-year climb. In this session, “Digital Technologies for the Apparel Decorator,” Johnny Shell, VP, Print Technology & Training, SGIA will cover the major technology platforms used for apparel decoration, including direct-to-garment inkjet, dye sublimation, heat applied, and print-n-cut. Attendees will learn the capabilities and limitations of each technology and also the associated costs.
