DRSi of Bellevue and its sister company, G&H Print in Seattle, have been acquired by Crisp Imaging of Orange County, California.
Founded in 1991, DRSi provides color graphics and printing for the construction sector and other businesses in the Pacific Northwest. Its president, Jennifer Fuller, acquired DRSi in 2018, steering the company through significant upgrades in technology and equipment and introducing digital marketing platforms and sophisticated business management software. In July 2023, DRSi purchased G&H Print.
Gary Crisp, founder, CEO, and president of Crisp Imaging, said, “We are thrilled to add this vibrant company to our group. Jen Fuller is a savvy leader who has fostered in her team of 14 employees many of the core values we emphasize at Crisp Imaging – reliability, customer service, teamwork, and expert skills.”
Fuller, outgoing president of DRSi, stated, “Becoming part of the Crisp Imaging family will increase our customers’ options and provide support for their businesses across the entire West Coast. It also means our employees will benefit from being part of a large professional group with access to new technologies, educational opportunities, and career advancement.”
With the addition of the two locations, Crisp Imaging’s 23rd and 24th, the company has acquired nine companies since 2021 and added 14 employees for a total of 194 employees at 24 locations.
