Crisp Imaging has acquired Coastal Reprographic Services’ three locations in San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, and Paso Robles. With Crisp Imaging’s existing shop in Arroyo Grande, the acquisition brings to four the total number of Crisp locations serving the Central Coast and a company-wide total of 21 sites throughout the West. Coastal Reprographic Services owners Tony and Stacie Westbrook will help to transition the brand while CRS employees benefit from greater advancement opportunities within the Crisp Imaging family.
In addition, Crisp Imaging has joined the Reprographics Services Association (RSA), a cooperative network of independent reprographics firms and equipment dealers that operate in markets throughout the U.S. and Canada. The RSA offers members increased purchasing power, access to new technology, shared best practice information, and a competitive edge for servicing large national accounts from any geographic location.
CEO Gary Crisp commented, “Both of these moves tie directly into our goal to be the premier service provider of reprographics, color, and technology in the Western United States and will contribute to our company’s long-term growth and stability.”
