The StarLam 1600R roll-to-roll liquid laminator is a single operator system that can handle a variety of substrates up to 64 inches wide. It applies a consistent coating of ClearShield liquid laminate, a line of water-based liquid coatings that offers the same protection as film laminates while saving as much as 60% in production costs. It offers benefits such as UV-protection, chemical and abrasion resistance and flexibility. They are formulated for a variety of inks and applications.
The MegaCoater 50 UV Coater is one of the machines in a line of UV-curable liquid laminators that can handle a variety of rigid and flexible substrates up to 63 inches in width. It applies a consistent layer of MaraShield, a line of uv-curable liquid coatings.
Marabu also provides solvent inks for other wide-format printers such as Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh, Epson, etc., as well as application fluids that make the application of graphics more efficient.
Marabu Screen and Pad Printing Division continues its course of excellence with the release of several new inks. MaraTech MGO, a single-component ink can be used in both the screen or pad printing applications, was specifically designed for superior performance on glass, both float and container, and metals that require very high chemical and mechanical resistance that could be found in restaurant, cosmetic and furniture industries. UltraPack UVFP is a low-migration ink minimizing the risk of subsequent transfer from the outer decoration through the substrate and into the contents for pre-treated polyethylene and polypropylene. TampaSport TPSP, a highly resistant, flexible ink suited for functional fabrics with high elasticity, allows prints on items like sportswear and shoes to withstand the constant growing stress to keep up with sport and outdoor enthusiasts.
