Cimpress to Acquire BuildASign in Deal Valued at $280 Million

VENLO, the Netherlands — September 25, 2018 — Cimpress N.V. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire BuildASign, a fast-growing internet-based provider of canvas-print wall décor, business signage and other large-format printed products.
