Olympus Group Producing Medical Masks for Wisconsin Hospitals

The same equipment used to sew the fur together on Bucky Badger's costume is now making medical face shields for local hospitals.

It's part of Milwaukee-based Olympus Group's goal to manufacture 100,000 face shields to address the protective equipment shortage at local hospitals during the coronavirus pandemic.

Along with mascots like Bucky and the Milwaukee Brewers' Racing Sausages, Olympus Group makes signs, banners and flags for sports stadiums, trade shows and amusement parks like Disney World.
